CNGBS Robot Positioners deliver high precision (repeatability of ±0.06mm), multiple models (U/L/O/H types, etc.), and customized designs, compatible with major robot brands like ABB and KUKA.
The product line includes Casting (L/U type) and Welding (single/dual/triple-axis) versions, with payloads from 100kg to 2000kg. They support ±360° tilting and automatic speed adjustment, making them ideal for industrial applications like welding and casting, offering both strength and cost-effectiveness.

CNGBS Robot Gantry systems offer a complete series of structures, including moving beam suspension type, bridge type, and 3-axis welding type, with payloads covering 500kg to 10,000kg. They are driven by AC servo motors and support ultra-long travel customization from 1 to 100 meters.
The systems can be configured with 1 to 4 industrial robots (side-mounted, inverted, or down-reaching), meeting material handling and welding demands in sectors like automotive, electronics, and palletizing.

CNGBS Robot Ring-Type 7th Axis track system is specifically designed for heavy-duty robots, supporting a payload of 1500kg. It utilizes a gear drive and bogie structure to enable seamless travel on both straight and curved tracks (including 90°, 180°, S-shaped, and other multi-radius curves).
Standard equipment includes 40mm aluminum sliders, lifetime sealed bearings, and an automatic lubrication system. The modular steel rails can be combined into various layouts such as closed-loop or oval, adapting to scenarios like welding and handling, while meeting requirements for high stability and long service life.
