CNGBS Group's 2025 Annual Management Meeting and team-building activities have successfully concluded. The four-day agenda, spanning the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, integrated in-depth strategic discussions with cross-regional team building. It not only clarified the development direction for 2026 but also forged team synergy.
The event commenced on January 17th with the annual strategic meeting. It progressed through study sessions in Shenzhen and yacht exchanges, followed by cultural and perspective-expanding visits to Hong Kong and Macao. Across four days and three cities, the journey achieved intellectual resonance and emotional connection among the team.
Setting Sail in Shenzhen, Drawing the Blueprint Together
On January 17th, CNGBS Group's 2025 Year-End Management Meeting was held at the Shenzhen Branch, reaffirming the company's core market positioning as an "Intelligent Factory Service Provider."
Looking towards 2026, the group has established a dual-engine development path: Internally, it will promote the dual upgrade of organizational structure and core technologies, continuing to deepen its presence in high-end robotics application fields such as aerospace and nuclear power. Externally, it will accelerate its international layout, promoting Chinese intelligent manufacturing equipment and solutions to the world. This meeting laid a solid foundation for the group to deepen the integration of artificial intelligence with manufacturing and to implement its 2026 strategic goals.
Traveling Together Through Mountains and Seas, Fostering Team Integration
On the 18th, the team visited CNGBS's Guangdong Company and Songshan Lake Science and Technology Park, gaining first-hand insight into the pulse of innovation. They shared a yacht trip in Daya Bay, engaging in open exchanges against the backdrop of the blue sea and sky. The vastness of nature inspired ideas and strengthened collaborative trust and team rapport.
United Hearts in Hong Kong and Macao, Broadening Horizons
From the 19th to the 20th, the team traveled to Hong Kong and Macao. They strolled through the Hong Kong Palace Museum, the Avenue of Stars, and Victoria Peak, admiring the Victoria Harbour night scene. They crossed the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge to reach Macao, visiting iconic landmarks such as the Guia Fortress, Ruins of St. Paul's, and the Macau Fisherman's Wharf. This three-city, four-day journey enhanced team cohesion and unity through cultural integration and shared appreciation of beautiful scenery.
From strategic meetings to cross-city team building, the itinerary was short but fruitful. Looking ahead to 2026, the CNGBS team, with firmer consensus and closer collaboration, will go all out to achieve its goals and collectively explore the new blue ocean of intelligent manufacturing.
