CNGBS, STEP, and BOCHU Forge Strategic Partnership

On September 3, 2024, a delegation including Mr. Wan Zhang, Co-founder of Shanghai BOCHU Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lu Qi, Sales General Manager of Shanghai STEP Electric Corp., Ltd., visited CNGBS. Following in-depth discussions, the three parties reached a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at building a new smart manufacturing ecosystem through efficient collaboration to achieve mutual success.

During the visit at the exhibition hall of the CNGBS Industrial Research Institute, Mr. Shen Xiaopeng, CEO of CNGBS Group, introduced the company's development history and strategic positioning to the guests, demonstrating practical application scenarios of industrial robots. After more than a decade of development, CNGBS has become a leading platform enterprise in the smart manufacturing sector. In 2023, it was recognized by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization as a "Shanghai Industrial Internet Demonstration Platform" and a "Smart Robotics Benchmark Enterprise." Subsequently, the three parties held in-depth discussions on the current challenges facing the steel structure manufacturing industry. They explored leveraging smart manufacturing technologies to empower innovative development within the steel structure sector, accelerate the advancement of programming-free welding technology, and foster new quality productive forces.

Mr. Wan Zhang, Co-founder of BOCHU, stated that BOCHU, founded in 2007 and listed on the STAR Market in 2019
is a technology R&D enterprise focused on laser processing automation. It holds technologically leading advantages in areas such as programming-free welding software and laser cutting. He expressed hope that the strategic cooperation with CNGBS and STEP would allow each party to leverage their respective strengths, creating a new pattern of mutual collaboration, complementarity, and common development.

Mr. Lu Qi, Sales General Manager of STEP, stated that as a leading domestic robotics enterprise, STEP is continuously exploring new paths to promote the development of the smart manufacturing industry.
