Built on a belt-type conveying structure with variable-frequency speed control for smooth, low-noise operation, the line automates the transfer of workpieces and materials. It integrates with the load/unload station of a collaborative robot: in-position detection signals interlock with the robot I/O to enable an unmanned takt for automatic pick-and-place.
The machine is built on an industrial aluminum profile frame with powder-coated carbon steel legs. The belt surface is fitted with side guide rails and a galvanized support slide plate; the drive end combines a 0.75 kW geared motor with a VFD. The control box integrates start/stop, speed regulation and forward/reverse control, with external I/O reserved so the line can be incorporated directly into a robot- or PLC-driven production takt.
Factory data of the standard machine. Non-standard widths and lengths, double-deck or inclined structures are confirmed separately.

The in-position photoelectric signal is output via dry contacts of the control box to the robot controller I/O, closing the loop of "in-feed in position → pick → release". Combined with VFD start/stop, it delivers a fully unmanned takt.
The diffuse photoelectric sensor detects the workpiece in position; the control box outputs a dry-contact signal.
After reading the I/O signal, the robot performs the pick-and-place motion while the line holds position.
The pick-complete signal is returned, the line resumes running and the production takt continues automatically.
The in-position signal is output via dry contacts of the control box and wired to the robot controller I/O for interlocking.
The whole line can be started and stopped by the robot / PLC, with emergency-stop signals interconnected.
Conveying height is calibrated on site to the robot pick-and-place station and fine-tuned with the leveling feet.
Extensions beyond the standard configuration are added as required. Options are confirmed separately in the order; price and lead time vary with configuration.
Pneumatic stopper blocks / lift-and-locate units for precise stopping at the robot pick-and-place position, keeping workpieces from drifting on the belt.
White food-grade PU belt, anti-static belt and cleated belt with skirts — for cleanroom, electronics and bulk-material applications.
Weighing module, barcode reader and vision inspection station for quality and data capture during conveying.
PLC central control, multi-speed settings, MES integration and whole-line linkage for unified production scheduling.
Non-standard width / length, double-deck lines and inclined sections, customized to site layout and process flow.
Traceable delivery from factory inspection to on-site commissioning.
No-load and loaded test runs before shipment; inspection records delivered with the machine.
